Because this is such an involved and expensive process, Dr. Peterson wants to be sure that we have a backup of Mike's sperm, just in case something unfortunate should happen to the official sample he'll provide in a few weeks. Today we dropped off a cup of Mike's little swimmers at the andrology clinic here in St. George. They'll freeze the sample using liquid nitrogen, then send it up to the University of Utah as a backup. Here's hoping we won't need it!
